4/10/2012-  Holy spring time Batman!  Well I am back in Michigan after a very, very busy month in Illinois that was full of horse development and learning.  I learned a lot about being a “horse trainer.” I also helped a lot of horses learn about being good partners and their responsibilities.  I helped their human partners learn about their responsibilities and how to be better communicators with their equine partners.  I was riding 8 horses a day and explaining what was going on with the owners while I rode so it may for some long tiring days.  I will be going back in August and received a lot of positive feedback which makes me feel good that I was able to make a difference in the horses and humans lives.

I have made it home to prepare Pear Tree Ranch for its first intake of horses for development and we are off to a great start.  I got to build some new fence to help organize or horses better and be more functional in day to day happenings. I have horses to ride all day during the week and then teaching all weekend so it will be another busy month.  Next month I will be traveling to Georgia teach some workshops and back to Illinois for some teaching at Flanery Farm where we had a lot of fun last fall.  In June I will be riding at the Parelli “Horse and Soul” Tour in Columbus, Ohio and doing more horse development here at the ranch.

I hope to see you along the way and check back in to see more Updates, Photos and new additions to our Schedule.  I have been blessed to have Deb Roetzer sign on to help with coordinating for me so I will be adding more information on that.  She is a long time Parelli student and will help keep me organized so everyone gets what they need to either get signed up to ride with me or have their horse get some help with their development.  Thanks Deb! I will be setting her up an email address through the website so check our Contact Us page for more information.  Stay in touch, I love hearing your updates, and I look forward to seeing you sooner rather than later!
